A private dwelling located within the upper nature reserve area. Constructed on the site of a timber bungalow, the new design incorporates a pre-treated structural timber frame and external timber sandwich panels. The dwelling consists of 3 levels, split to follow the existing site contours, and overlooking the Bay of Gibraltar.
Completed in late 2014
The house was then remodelled for the new owner by adding an additional floor in the local colonial vernacular, which was completed in 2018.
