Orange Bastion

The development is for the conversion of a disused area of Heritage interest which incorporates units for retail, restaurants and bars inside the existing stone structures and in the courtyard of Orange Bastion. New pedestrian routes will be created between Irish Town and Linewall Road via a new lift and steps, and there will be a new public square on the north side of the Bastion.

There will be a small brewery under the Linewall Road bridge on a mezzanine, linked to spaces below.

AKS are responsible for the full architectural, engineering and services design as well as the project management, cost control and delivery of the finished buildings.
